More infrared sauna tips

In my Infrared Sauna, I use Transdermal Magnesium Therapy by applying 1 to 2 oz of Magnesium Oil all over my body after about 5 minutes at 120 degrees F. I also consume approximately 12 oz of cool water while spending 30 minutes in the sauna. Then take a cool-warm shower. I feel great for the rest of the day. The magnesium and heat combine to give me loads of energy and no pain in my joints. This is not to be considered a weight loss program, but I have lost 10 lbs. over 4 months, perhaps because of using the greater energy.

I lost my wife last year and the combination of the magnesium oil and heat from the infrared sauna eliminated completely my very deep depression and did it in only ONE session! I'll be 75 years old soon.

It is most important that people stay hydrated, so be sure to take a glass or two of water into the sauna with you.

Another neat thing to do in the infrared sauna is to give yourself a hydrated "Living Clay" facial, let it dry and then wash it off when you shower. This does wonders for all your skin and should by tried with or without Magnesium Oil for those suffering from psoriasis and other skin ailments.
